Ingredients:
2/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, divided
2 large eggs
3/4 cup coconut or brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 Tablespoons blanched almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips, tahini, and coconut oil using a double boiler.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 1 minute.
Add vanilla extract and melted chocolate mixture, then beat until combined.
Incorporate dry ingredients, beating until smooth.
Fold in the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
Bake for 28-32 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
For extra fudgy texture, reduce baking time.
