“My name is Tammie Williams I had the incredible experience of getting to work with Dr. Shona. I came to see her for physical therapy on my lower back.  I was having intense lower back pain and difficulty walking.  I was scheduled to have lower back surgery at Arizona in two months.   When I came to her, I was just hoping for some pain relief before I could have surgery.  Dr. Shona did way more than that, she did not just look at my diagnosis, but looked at my entire body.  Every time I came to an appointment, we went over any thing to do with me which included:  symptoms, pain status, mobility, lab tests, scans, x-rays, Primary Care appointments, my diet, emotional and spiritual state.  Dr. Shona did not miss a thing and she never gave up.  Because of her excellence and dedication, she discovered that my back was not the problem, it was my abdomen.  She directed me on what tests and x rays to ask my Primary Care to perform and thru this process it was discovered that she was right.  Dr. Shona saved me from an unnecessary back surgery.  A special joy of mine is to ride horses and she gave that back to me with her excellent care.  I thank her with my whole heart. So here I am, sixty years old, and after a year of care from Dr. Shona riding my horses again.”

I was given a referral by my doctor for physical therapy due to my pelvic floor dysfunction. I called a friend in the medical field and asked if she knew of a good therapist. She immediately said, “Go to Shona Craig. She is amazing!”. I am so grateful I did! Not only did Shona provide excellent physical therapy (via telehealth due to the pandemic), she provided numerous strategies to fall back on when my body is in distress. What a wealth of knowledge she has on how the body works and how to help it! I felt extremely comfortable sharing my problems with her. Her recommendations were always helpful. My condition has greatly improved thanks to Shona. I highly recommend her!

I was skeptical about pelvic floor therapy until it worked. It has been life-changing. Shona is more than a PT; she heals, empowers, & educates. I was a symptomatic, disbelieving, high-anxiety, yoga flunky in need of pelvic surgery when I was referred for PT. I’m now an asymptomatic, abdominal-breathing empowered Mom who understands the significance of prioritizing my pelvic floor. I highly recommend.

My physical therapy experiences over several years with Shona Craig were very positive. She is very knowledgeable and skilled as well as extremely kind and gentle. If something hurt, she found an alternate exercise for me. She also is an excellent listener and gave me credit for knowing my own body. Washington’s loss is New York’s gain. I’m thankful for her classes online.

The most caring medical providers that have ever treated me. Patient and kind, not to mention patient (again) while repeating information to me. Thank you.

When I asked my doctor about a PT and requested to be referred to Therapy Solutions he said they were a great team (the best) and consequently difficult to get into because they were so busy. That was true, but fortunately Shona who was part of that team and had recently moved to New York from Washington was available on telehealth. Shona became my PT. She was very helpful. She was a good listener, gave clear rationale for her instructions followed by demonstrating the exercise. This was supplemented by Shona emailing me a video so I could refresh my memory as I implemented my program.
Based on my positive experience with Shona I highly recommend her as a caring and knowledgeable PT provider.

Of all the things I have learned, I have learned the most from living in a body.
